The objectives of the Task Force and its achievements have endeared it to many organizations. This has enabled the Task Force enter into cooperation/collaboration with institutions on matters of mutual interest.
The Task Force works closely with inter-governmental organizations especially in areas of facilitating capacity building programmes and information exchange. These include the UN Environment (UNEP), the Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Secretariat, Interpol General Secretariat, Organization for Conservation of Wild Fauna in Africa (OCFSA) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) .
To enhance cooperation, the Task Force has signed Memoranda of Understanding with the CITES , COMIFAC, GFF, ICPO – Interpol General Secretariat, IFAW, RECSA, OCFSA, UNODC and WCO.
It has also received support from governmental organizations such as the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Carabinieri of Italy and the Forest Bureau Council of Agriculture of Taiwan among others.
Furthermore, the Task Force has received support from NGOs and organizations such as:
